Boundary queries or disputes, at KSEL we can identify boundaries, stakeout on site or assess existing boundaries using ITM co-ordinance OSI maps & Folio maps.

Our services range from full-feature surveys—recording all visible site features and providing detailed 2D or 3D contour mapping and cross-sectional profiles—to basic boundary and spot level surveys suitable for planning application purposes.

We are familiar with the requirements of local authorities, which often necessitate submission of detailed site levels, contour lines, and sectional drawings showing proposed development areas and adjoining infrastructure, including sightlines. Our survey outputs are fully compliant with these standards.

 

Survey deliverables can be referenced to national systems such as Irish Grid and Irish Transverse Mercator (ITM), or to a bespoke local grid if required. Our clients include architects, civil engineers, environmental consultants, geologists, and construction contractors.

I have successfully completed surveys across a broad range of site types, including large residential developments, and small residential extensions and all industrial surveys including factories and industrial units of all types. I employ a combination of conventional total station techniques and modern GPS satellite surveying methods to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
